AUSTIN & SARAH BOYD / Founders

What do you do when two people get married, and both love design and people? Start an independent agency of course.

Combining years of creative experience, a deep love of design, and a desire to help small businesses ACTUALIZE their goals, Austin & Sarah founded Press Gang Creative in the fall of 2023.

Austin was born and raised in Sacramento, California and fell into design through skateboarding and hardcore punk. The DIY ethos, abstract creative visions, and “no rules” framework served as a foundation to build a unique skillset. Austin has spent 20 years studying design, branding, small business operations, and more. After having personally founded various successful brands, ranging from e-commerce to brick and mortar stores, he knew something was missing. Enter Sarah!

Sarah was born and raised in Southern Oregon, and from an early age gravitated towards alternative art forms, specifically art and design that emphasized the visual. Having a background in hair design, Sarah has a keen talent for visual presentation. A mom of 3 girls, Austin & Sarah met and started a blended family. Tack on a Beagle named Marty, combine all of these elements, and you have the building of team Press Gang.
